What is Acetyl L-Carnitine and why is it good for me?

If you want to help your body with weight management, your body needs to be producing something known as Carnitine Palmitoyltransferase (CPT). We may be able to enhance the effectiveness of CPT by supplementing with L-Carnitine. 

L-Carnitine use in those who are deficient, results in an increase in CPT levels, which may assist with thermogenesis within you body.

What is Acetyl though?
Utilising an Acetyl ester however, enhances the absorption potential of L-Carnitine but even more notable, Acetylated esters act as precursors to the production of Choline in the brain, which is known as a learning transmitter. In essence, Acetylated esters enhance absorption and improve brain function, while the L-Carntine addition may improves the process of thermogenesis.
