Aiden Montgomery  

About me

Hey, I'm Aiden, a qualified Nutritionist and personal trainer and I have been training since I was 15. As the years has gone on, I have faced a lot of struggles, but one constant that always kept me grounded and kept me out of the dark was the gym. No matter what I was going through, having that constant goal to hit, session to do, or meal to eat gave me that semblance of control and peace. My experience in this industry has been a funny one, I have learned a lot, some from teachers, but most from lived experience, failing, and trying something new to find what works for me.

My mum and dad raised me to always chase something big, so I made it my goal to be BIG! and as time has gone on, I've found that in order to truly progress, yes I need to eat more, and train harder, but more than anything I have needed to expand my knowledge, educate myself further, I see that as the true key to losing weight, building muscle, or improving health. The more I have been able to learn about nutrition, training, sleep, and hormones, the more I have been able to shape my life into one I'm proud of!

What inspired you to start coaching?

As I've continued to train I have become inspired to help people with nutrition and training, as every time I've learned something new and applied it to my own life, I've seen the benefits first hand, like learning how adequate protein, magnesium, and fiber has been able to dramatically improve my mental health.

Working from the store and studying nutrition on the side, I've also been able to steadily apply what I have learnt to customers, recommending little things like fiber intake for PCOS, or meals dense in tryptophan for sleep issues and I have to say, that seeing those little recommendations change peoples lives for the better is the BEST feeling ever!!!

The turning point for me in wanting to coach people was through experiencing coaching first hand, I have been damaged and hurt by bad coaches, but I've also had my life changed completely by good coaches! That coach for me was Steve Merchant who has taught me much of what I know today!

Coaching style

Being a young man, my coaching style falls under the philosophy of always being a student.

I want to know as much as I possibly can about nutrition, training, hormones, and health, and how it differs from person to person. When I start with a client, its my job to learn your body, to create the best protocol tailored to your body and get you from A to B as efficiently as possible.

Something I love doing is teaching, I make it my goal to teach each client about the changes I make, my thought process and how these systems are created, so you can teach others, and empower yourself to create better habits around nutrition and training!

I’ve always been obsessed with training and supplementation, but that all changed when I was voluntarily taken on my own body transformation journey by an up and coming coach, which changed my obsession into what the body and mind are capable of when you give them direction, structure, and purpose.

What started as my own journey to build strength, confidence, and discipline evolved into a passion for helping others do the same — not just through training, but through education, accountability, and mindset.
Over the years, I’ve worked with everyday people, athletes, and high performers — all chasing different goals, but sharing one thing in common: they want results that last.
My coaching style is data-driven, structured, and supportive. Every program I build is tailored — no cookie-cutter plans. I look at everything from your training performance to your nutrition, recovery, stress, and lifestyle so you can perform your best inside and outside the gym.
